TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payment Terms: Visa, Master Card, PayPal.
Shipping Locations: All orders are shipped Sarasota Florida US
Returned Goods: Authorized returns within 30 days of purchase, in like-new condition, will be credited at invoice price, less 5% to cover handling, service charges, and expenses.
PRIOR AUTHORIZATION MUST BE PROVIDED by Perpetual Well LLC for RETURNS and CREDIT.
All returns must be in like-new condition and in original packaging.
Special order and/or non-stock merchandise may not be returned.
No materials can be returned or credit allowed without the company’s prior authorization.
Freight Damage: If you (customer/consignee) receive equipment/supplies that were damaged during shipment, it is your (customer/consignees) explicit and sole responsibility to immediately note the damage on the freight bill and then file a freight claim with the Carrier. Perpetual Well LLC cannot file a freight claim for customer/consignee. PLEASE NOTE: The Title for Merchandise transfers to the consignee once the shipment leaves the Perpetual Well LLC shipping dock.
Warranty: All new products manufactured and/or sold by Perpetual Well LLC will be warranted against manufacturer’s defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty is limited to the repair or correction of the item in question at the discretion of Perpetual Well LLC. Prior approval from Perpetual Well LLC must be obtained before returning an item. The Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Normal wear and use is not considered a warranty issue. Repair parts have a 30-day warranty from date of purchase.
Crating: Custom orders will be subject to special packaging and/or crating charges unless otherwise indicated.
